After more than eight years since my last post here, I’ve migrated the site from Jekyll to Hugo, now rocking the Chicago7 theme. Seems like the perfect excuse for a new blog post, right?

I’m not planning to be much more active in the blog. This was mostly an excuse to dive into the whole AI hype and mess around with OpenCode on a trivial project. Plus, after years of running Jekyll, I wanted to give Hugo a try. I feel way more at home in the Go ecosystem than in Ruby. AI experiments aside, the switch has been a really positive experience so far.

At first, I migrated all my old blog posts just for fun, but quickly realized it was better to start from scratch. Nothing from back then felt worth saving after all these years. Let’s see how long it takes before a new post appears! :)
