Python script to transform the Mobile Detect JSON database into an UA-based mobile detection VCL subroutine you can easily drop into any Varnish Cache configuration.

Just a bit of VCL code generated from a bunch of regexes I threw together back in 2014. It was my quick-and-dirty way to get some basic device detection working in Varnish.
